On behalf of everyone at Broder & Sachse Real Estate Services, Inc., we are pleased that you are interested in learning more about our company.
In 1993, we started our firm to provide comprehensive real estate services for a broad base of clients. At the same time, we began to acquire and develop a balanced portfolio of real estate product types in Michigan. We are currently managing over 70 properties consisting of approximately 8 million square feet. Also, we have acquired and developed retail, office, multi-family, mixed use, and some other projects. To date, we have acquired and developed over 25 projects worth over $250 million in value. Our projects are as large as $50 million, up to 400,000 square feet, and 400 residential units.
