In 1993, we started our firm to acquire and develop a balanced portfolio of real estate product types in Michigan. Since then, we have acquired and developed retail, office, multi-family, mixed use, and some other projects. To date, we have acquired and developed over 25 projects worth over $250 million in value. Our projects are as large as $50 million, up to 400,000 square feet, and 400 residential units.
At the same time, we have built exceptional operating companies focusing on real estate management and construction management services.
We are world-class at creating value by acquiring, developing and managing a diverse portfolio of quality real estate investments. Our passion and enthusiasm for doing whatever it takes to create and maximize the value of our projects help set us apart from others in the business.
